Shipment
Cosytas offers free shipping within Switzerland, including Liechtenstein, and ships all orders with Swiss Post. Customers can choose between the following shipping options.

A-Post Plus

Delivery will take place on the next working day after the package is handed over to the Swiss Post (Monday to Saturday).

The shipment is delivered directly to the mailbox or post office box without a signature and can be tracked electronically.

Cosytas accepts no liability for loss or damage after delivery to the post office. However, in the event of a problem, customers can submit a damage report directly to the Swiss Post.
A-Post Signature

Delivery will take place on the next working day after the package is handed over to the Swiss Post (Monday to Friday).

This option offers personal delivery against signature or delivery authorization for additional security and is also electronically trackable.

Swiss Post is liable for loss or damage up to CHF 500. If a shipment is lost or damaged, the customer must report the damage directly to Swiss Post.
Proof of Delivery and Responsibility

As soon as a shipment is marked as "delivered" according to the shipment tracking, the order is considered completed.

If a package marked as delivered cannot be found, we recommend contacting Swiss Post or your home contents insurance directly. Cosytas accepts no liability for lost or stolen packages after official delivery.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information or non-collection, the customer will bear the costs for re-delivery.
