Ordering Process
At Cosytas, our goal is to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once you receive your confirmation email, your order is already processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Unused items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Damaged or faulty items can only be returned by mail. Sale or final sale items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. Cosytas vouchers are also non-returnable.
Due to extra precautions with returns, processing may take up to 10 business days after we receive the return. You will receive an email once it has been processed. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We guarantee that you will receive your order within 2-3 working days. Please note that weekends and public holidays can affect the delivery time and there may be deviations in exceptional cases, such as unforeseeable shipping delays.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam or junk email folder. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us directly for assistance.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. The email will include all the information you need to track your package. Please note that tracking details will only be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.
All shipments within Switzerland are exclusively sent via Swiss Post. To track your order, simply visit the Swiss Post website and enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Your order may have been cancelled due to stock limitations.
During periods of high demand, it may happen that a product you purchased was sold out shortly before your order was processed. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please check the card details in your account and make sure the expiration date and billing address are correct. Make sure you enter the security code correctly - it is a three-digit number on the back of your card.
It may be that your bank has declined the payment - in this case, we recommend checking with your bank directly about possible problems. If all the information is correct, try using a different credit card.
Currently, we only deliver within Switzerland. However, if you’d like to place an international order, please contact us at info@cosytas.com, and we will be happy to assist in finding the best shipping options for your location.
We ship with A-Post Plus and A-Post Signature to ensure fast and secure delivery.
A-Post Plus offers delivery including Saturdays. Items are delivered directly to the letterbox or post office box without a signature being required. Please note that there is no liability for loss or damage for this shipping method.
A-Post Signature offers delivery only on working days (no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays). These shipments are handed over personally and the post office is liable for up to CHF 500 in the event of loss or damage.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can find further details under "Returns"
Returns will be processed within 7 business days after Cosytas receives your item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed. Please note that payment processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and can take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Gift Cards
Our E-Cards are delivered via email to the recipient within minutes of placing your order. If the E-Card doesn’t appear in the inbox right away, please be sure to check the spam or junk folder. If any issues arise, feel free to contact us for assistance.
No, Cosytas Gift Cards can not be returned or refunded after purchase. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your purchase.
