If you are not satisfied with your order, you can easily request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods.

What return reasons do we accept?

  • You received an incorrect or damaged product

  • The jewelry is unworn and undamaged

What is excluded from return?

  • Already worn or damaged jewelry

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • products without original packaging

  • Sale items are excluded from returns unless they are faulty

This is how the return works:

1. Register return:
Register your return conveniently via our returns portal on the website or contact us by email . For the sake of the environment, we only send return labels digitally by email as needed.

2. Prepare return shipment:
You can either use our return label or have a shipping label printed directly by Swiss Post when you drop off the package there.

3. Send package:
Please pack the jewelry securely in the original packaging and make sure it is in its original condition. Returns must be sent with tracking. If a package without tracking is lost, the risk is the customer's responsibility.

4. Refund or exchange:
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your purchase price or send you a replacement product.

Important instructions:

  • The goods must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.

  • Personalized or discounted items can only be returned if they are defective.

  • The refund will be processed within 7 days after receipt of the goods by Cosytas. Depending on your bank or service provider, it may take a few additional days for the money to appear in your account.
